Description: We explore a deep relaxation through the asanas (postures) of one of the oldest traditions in yoga. We discover that meditation not only works with our minds, but that the body can meditate as well.
Tantra Yoga is suitable for all levels of practice and does not require an advanced state of physical training. The asanas can be done according to your own level, and practiced without creating tension or stress.
Through this state of relaxation, alternating through positions, we discover that little by little, without pain or effort, we can make progress; gaining elasticity, flexibility, well-being, better digestion and improved functioning of the nervous system. This practice helps students sleep better at night and gain energy during the day.

Vinyasa, also known as flow yoga, is based on a particular series of different asanas or postures, in which they flow through a specific pattern. All asanas are supported by the body through a rhythmic breathing work, strength and energy that creates the same body.
You will experience relaxation and restructuring of your body at the cellular level, your body will learn here that the “do not do” is the base for the action (Tantra Yoga).
Through them, the body, mind and spirit experience unity and harmony, and when this happens, yoga happens.
Yoga brings the mind to the present moment, improving clarity and alertness. So the mind is peaceful and can cope with everyday stress. Take some time for yourself, will let you feel more focused and happy. You active, nurtures and gives you a touch of energy and positivity
This practice is a set of movements synchronized with respiration, based on Traditional Chinese medicine and an understanding humans from the viewpoint of energy.
In this course, we work with the five elements and the energy channels that cover our body in movements, stretching, mobilization of joints, respiration and visualizations in the mind.
Qi Gong helps create a deep conscience and the work is based on the alignment of the spine. The movements or positions, are based on the knowledge of ancient martial arts and the development of the harmony in the body. We each create our own “dance.”
Qi Gong improves the body’s mobility, quality of sleep, regulates the appetite and hormonal processes in the body. It also helps to develop balance and elasticity.
Qi Gong is the base of Tai Chi, which teaches movement in the space of balanced form.
